About me
I have lived in London, Budapest and Luxembourg and with over 20 years' experience working as Regional Business Development Director (City & Guilds of London Institute), Country Manager (Pearson Education), Marketing and Sales Manager and Managing Director (Libra Books), I have a broad understanding of the opportunities and challenges people face in the private, public and third sectors and across society.
I earned my PhD degree from ELTE University, Budapest, my MBA from CEU Business School, Vienna and my Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring (ICF/EMCC) from Kingstown College, Dublin.
The aim of executive and life coaching is sustained cognitive, emotional, and behavioural changes that facilitate performance enhancement, either in your work (executive coaching) or in your personal life (life coaching). Coaching is not 'mentoring' or 'teaching': it is the facilitation of self-directed learning. As Sir John Whitmore formulates, it is 'unlocking' a person's potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.
